Gubblegrot Smashfist is an NPC is Ocean of Tears and part of the SK epic 1.5 quest. He should not be in game and is currently affecting the allizewsaur spawn rate. He seems to block the allizewsaur from spawning when he is up.

Fixed allizewsaur no more 1.5 quest mob.
75% spawn chance on the lizzy PH Aqua goblin sacrifice
