Putrid Skeletons at ruins in Qeynos Hills

There seems to be a shortage of putrid skeletons spawning at the ruins in qeynos hills, they drop putrid rib bone for the monk headband quest. Not sure if this is related to the night timers being bugged or not. If the night timers is whats messing it up, I'd highly suggest putting putrid rib bones onto the putrid skellies in south karana as an alternative way to get it, or make sure Konem Matse drops it more often (killed him 4 times now and have yet to see it).
