Its possible that one is written wrong based on the event routine coded for the quest. We can take a look when I get on as I think I know what is wrong with it.

looks like this quest is working now, was just able to complete it.

This one is weird. There are a handful of entries for the Tanned Split Paw Hides or whatever (lets say 1-5), the quest was programmed to accept 2-5. You happened to have IDs 1,3,4,5 in your inventory, so I edited the quest to accept the IDs you had on Sparkles to get it to work. I'll probably just rewrite that routine to make sure it accepts any variant of all the Hide IDs moving forward, I'd guess it would be implemented in the next few weeks.
