If you have any legacy items that you want to see drop again, post them here. Maybe the devs will add them in game.

Box of Abu-Kar
Lustrous Russet Armor
Thex Dagger
Scimitar of the Mistwalker

This is all I can think of for now. I will track down the info on the spawns/quests tomorrow.

Adding:

BladeStorm, Katana of Steel Sleet

Terror Forged Mask used to have the effect Call of Bones before being nerfed to Fear. wiki.project1999.com/Terror_Forged_Mask

Fanged Skull Stiletto dropped from Mayong Mistmoore, but only one Mayong spawned per server, so I'm not sure how you guys would implement that.
