cast this spell on one of my characters, got the "you feel the spirit-scale of wolf enter you" messaging, but no buff icon and no speed increase on the target.
f/u casts of spirit of wolf and spirit of the shrew do not land on the target. appears that the spirit of scale buff is recognized as applied to target, but with no effects.
for when we get to Kunark and the spell becomes in era :-)
