Hi, my troll shaman (Inny worshiping) spawned with only his level 39 and 40 spells in his book. The ogre I made seemed to have the full allotment. please fix  or drop me some GM plat to buy the rest ;-) |

I'll be home from work in 2.5 hours if you are able to stay on line or /afk online I can fix you when I get home.
We made a change to the new skill learning script and it broke the spells learned.

Just delete the character and recreate it as I fixed the routine that handles doing it upon first login.
