FYI I cannot log in at this time, get to character select, enter game...times out, get a server not responding message.

Drty said he was able to log in without issue. Is this still happening? Try creating a new character and test again?

Hm.... Try deleting your UI files? Like the Video and sound data attached to your client. Can you connect to other servers?

I connected over my internal corporate WiFi along with through my phone as a hotspot. Logged in from character select, zoned a few times. All seems well.

No luck again. Will do a full reinstall and try once I get home from work.

So the issue has reared its ugly head again. It appears that this only occurs when I am connected to the guest wifi at my job. I was able to log in last night on home wifi without an issue. I am going to grab the p99 spell file and see if I can get on there while connected to work wifi. I fear that the IT team here finally got their act together.
strange thing is i can connect to another server that has a host name different than Host=login.eqemulator.net:5998.

log in to p99 was successful...only difference i can see between them and us is that you enter the game via the launchtitanium.bat vs. eqgame.exe
i'll keep trying

something i noticed after i get booted back to login when "server not responding", when i log back in and look at the server list it appears that my character is populated on the server...players goes from 0 to 1. Which I have to assume is my character being in game even though i get booted.
I tried logging in with p99 files (minus spells.txt) to see if that worked. It didnt. I deleted all UI files associated with this server, no fix, tried other account names on the server, they get booted as well. I cant think of what else i can remove/delete to try and clear this jam.

i can confirm that when i go back home tonight. all the other servers have no issue on the work network.
